Kamil assists his clients in achieving their real estate and financial objectives by providing tenant representation services including: consulting, strategic planning, market research and expertise; transaction management; lease negotiation, documentation and review; financial modeling and analysis; and occupancy management services.
Kamil is a native of southern California and was raised in Arcadia. He currently resides in Redondo Beach with his wife, Tisha, and their two kids, Nolan (3 yrs) and Lilian (just born!). In his free time, Kamil enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf with clients and friends.
Kamil has been with JLL since 2002. He started his career as an analyst on the Bank of America account with JLL in Phoenix. Through promotions, he relocated back home to LA to manage BofA’s southwestern office portfolio, which consisted of approximately 11 million square feet, following the Bank’s acquisition of Countrywide and Merrill Lynch. In 2010, Kamil made the transition to markets brokerage teaming with Gary Horwitz.
