Career Summary
Kaden is a Senior Director in the Seattle office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has nearly a decade of experience in the finance and real estate capital markets industry. Kaden’s primary focus is on debt and equity advisory transactions across primarily the Western U.S. Since joining the Seattle office, he has closed on over $3.1 billion in total transaction volume including; joint-venture equity, construction financing, bridge, permanent loans, GSE & FHA agency lending and institutional equity investment sales. Prior to HFF, Kaden worked within the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs in the Alternative Investments group.
