Justin Simakas is an Associate on JLL’s Tenant Representation Group, based in Pittsburgh, PA. He provides strategic real estate solutions for local, regional, and national clients by advising on lease negotiations, multi market transaction management and overall real estate strategy that aligns with the client’s business objectives.
Experience
Justin has five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry focusing exclusively on tenant representation and advising clients on real estate transactions. His team specializes in office but has experience in all commercial property types.
Justin’s practice areas include defining occupancy needs, financial analysis, multi market transaction management, location advisory, real estate technology, lease negotiations, and location advisory.
Prior to joining JLL, Justin worked as a Financial Analyst at Morgan Stanley. His strong work ethic and analytical background allows him to understand the needs of his clients and execute strategic business objectives.

- Licensed Real Estate professional in Pennsylvania
