Current Responsibilities
Julie is responsible for leasing the portfolio in the North market. She will play a key role in expanding our position in Agency Leasing. Additionally, Julie will be responsible for new tenants and tenant retention in Corporate Center of Northbrook I and II, Combined Centre, One Northbrook Place and The Reserve at Deer Park.
Experience
Since 1985, Julie has executed and leased more than 2 million SF in transactions representing tenants and landlords.
Julie brings 20 years of experience and joins us from Tenant Advisors, Inc., where she served as Senior Vice President and was responsible for tenant representation. She has also previously held positions at Stein & Company as Vice President of Leasing.
She is involved with The Schaumburg Business Association Board of Directors, The Jeffrey Pride Foundation, Women In Networking.
She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.
