Current responsibilities
Based in the Twin Cities, Julie is a Vice President for the Restructuring Services practice. In this role, she is responsible for lease negotiations for key clients’ portfolios.
Experience
Julie is a real estate professional with over 25 years of diverse experience in corporate retail real estate. Her expertise is in lease contract negotiation, lease restructuring, lease renewals, purchase and sales contract negotiation, and lease administration. Before joining JLL, Julie spent 23 years with Buffets, Inc. (later becoming Ovation Brands) as a Paralegal and Real Estate Portfolio Manager. Julie used her skills and experience to manage a portfolio of restaurants. Additionally, she was involved with mergers and acquisitions and bankruptcy restructuring.

Education and affiliations
Julie earned a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Winona State University. She holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of Minnesota.
