Current responsibilities
Julie is an Associate with JLL Houston's Agency Leasing team, where she is responsible for supporting the team in leasing commercial office assets within the Houston market. Her key responsibilities include updating and maintaining client and market information, preparing deliverables for clients, conducting building tours, and assisting in lease negotiations and transactions. She places great importance on building strong, mutually beneficial relationships through networking and community involvement.
Experience
Julie previously worked for NEWCOR Commercial as an Associate, specializing in tenant representation for office, retail, and industrial clients. She facilitated client tours and conducted market research. Prior to NEWCOR, Julie worked with Kink Commercial as a Client Services Associate, and The J. Beard Real Estate Company as a Marketing Coordinator, where she gained experience in market research and property marketing.
Education and Affiliations
Julie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Sam Houston State University. She is a member of several organizations, including the Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County, the Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce, and the SHSU Alumni Association. She is committed to staying engaged with her alma mater and professional network.
Additionally, Julie actively supports the local community by volunteering her time and resources to organizations such as Yes to Youth – Montgomery County Youth Services and Sleep in Heavenly Peace – Montgomery County.
