Julia Wilhelm is an Executive Vice President with JLL's San Francisco market.

Julia's expertise in financial analysis as well as her detail-oriented execution style supports her ability to successfully advocate on behalf of tenants in all types of real estate transactions from site selection and economic modeling to lease negotiation, execution and move-in.

Julia has represented office lease transactions totaling over 4 million square feet in downtown San Francisco.

Clients include Bay Area-based firms SAY Media, Tagged, Sideman & Bancroft and the United Way of the Bay Area, as well as national and multi-national companies such as Wells Fargo, Greenberg Traurig, Shearman & Sterling, UbiSoft, eBay/StubHub, and the Nature Conservancy.

Julia was the first Real Estate Professional in San Francisco, to have been awarded the LEED-Accredited Professional designation from the US Green Building Council.

She was a 2009 recipient of the California Real Estate Journal’s Green Leader award and a 2011 San Francisco Business Times Northern California Real Estate Women of Influence – Rising Star.

Julia earned a bachelor’s degree in economics with an emphasis in finance and minors in political science and French from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.

While at Duke, she also completed full credit courses at the London School of Economics in London, England and the Sorbonne in Paris, France.

Julia has served for four years on the Board of Directors of the Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco and is a member of the US Green Building Council, and often appears on panels and in public forums to speak about “green leasing.”

She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California.
