Current responsibilities
Juan Escudero is the Managing Director at JLL Work Dynamics, where he leads the Energy and Logistics sector. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Juan has developed expertise in various areas, including tenant representation, project leasing, project management, property management, facility management, and construction. In his role, he provides executive oversight to a diverse portfolio of global and regional energy and logistics accounts.
Experience
During his tenure at JLL, Juan has held several key roles within the company. As an Account Executive Director, he has successfully managed multiple global and regional accounts. He has also served as a Project and Transaction Leader, overseeing multi-million square foot portfolios for organizations both domestic and international. Additionally, he has acted as an Agency Leasing Director for various investors and managed Class A high rises in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
Prior to joining JLL, Juan was responsible for facility management, leasing, sales, and construction for a global bank. He has also served as a Controller/Asset Manager for a real estate and oil holding company, where he managed financial and real estate functions, including historical CBD office and retail space.
Education and affiliations
Juan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and is a licensed Texas real estate broker. He is also an active member of CoreNet, a professional association for corporate real estate executives. Furthermore, Juan is involved in the JLL Latino Empowerment Resource Network (LERN) as an Executive Sponsor, and he actively participates in various other Business Resource Groups at JLL.
