Responsibilities:
As Principal, Juan Carlos ("JC") Bretschneider is an integral part of the Solutions Development Enterprise team in the US offering more than 25 years’ experience in corporate real estate services focused on geographically disperse portfolios. He is responsible for generating new income, negotiating contracts and design and implementation of services. Overall, he ensures the complete solutioning of complex client operations.
JC is also responsible for developing marketing strategies that deliver business growth. He leads clients through the process – from developing the solution and awarding the contract to service implementation. In keeping with the goals and benefits of “One JLL”, he ensures he links client executive teams with JLL’s regional corresponding counterparts to ensure consistency of service and operational standardization that result in delivering significant cost savings.
Previous experience:
With almost 20 years at JLL, JC has held several executive positions including most recently as Sales Lead and Principal in Work Dynamics Latin America division. Where he contributed to the exponential growth of the region with new contracts tripling our existing client list and revenue.
Previous to that he served as IFM Director for Mexico. In this role, he serviced over 50 corporate clients (entailing space of more than 20 million square feet) and managed a yearly budget of more than 100 million USD.
JC also served as leader of the P&G account in Mexico where he won the prestigious LEADS (Leading Extraordinary and Dedicated Service) Award. He was recognized for reaching record breaking energy efficiency standards that established a new benchmark for the account at a global level. Earlier in his carrer with JLL, as National Operations Manager for the HSBC account, he was responsible for then our largest serviced portfolio and account in Latin America. During his tenure, he designed and implemented the strategy for a robust service platform.
