Current Responsibilities:
Josh O’Rear is Senior Financial Analyst for JLL’s Houston office tenant representation group.
He specializes in providing fully customized financial analyses to empower companies to make informed real estate decisions in alignment with their business goals and initiatives. Undertaken at both a qualitative and quantitative level, he assists in thoroughly examining critical financial issues during all stages of the transaction process from preliminary scenario analysis through final board approval. He concisely and accurately presents viable options taking into consideration their impact on all financial metrics relevant to the client’s internal decision-making process on a Cash, NPV and GAAP basis as well as other stated financial/operating benchmarks.
