Joe joined Jones Lang LaSalle in May of 2022 as a Vice President with the Long Island Industrial brokerage team, considered to be among the market’s top experts. He has demonstrated a high level of success specializing in industrial real estate lease & sale transactions representing owners, occupiers & investors.

Joe started his career as an associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2017, then joined ACC Space as the Director of industrial real estate in 2019. He quickly excelled completing over 100 transactions, totaling over a half-million square feet in 5-years. Notable completed transactions include the exclusive agency of the Terminal Road Industrial Complex located in West Hempstead, NY where Joe represented Ownership in the leasing of 6 units totaling over 100,000 SF, the exclusive agency of 386 Oakwood Road, Huntington Station, in which Joe represented the Seller of the 67,000 SF building on 5.88 acres of heavy industrial land & the exclusive tenant representation of MJC Confections in the leasing of 150 Engineers Road, Hauppauge, a 62,000 SF industrial unit. Joe’s diligence in fully understanding his assignments, along with the rapidly changing market conditions has helped him provide a clear and comprehensive path for his clients to make informed real estate business decisions.

Joe received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a focus in Legal Studies in Business from Hofstra University. Currently, he is an Associate Board Member of the Commercial Industrial Broker Society of Long Island (CIBS) which promotes good ethics in the real estate industry, holds position as Chair of the Future Generation Committee & was the recipient of the CIBS 2020 Rising Star Award. In addition, Joe was a recipient of the CoStar 2022 Power Broker Award. Joe regularly gives back to his community, being involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island & with Hounds in Pounds Dog Rescue. In his spare time, Joe enjoys fishing, fitness & is an avid Mets fan.
