Current responsibilities
Joseph Baldoni is a Senior Director with Jones Lang LaSalle, Value and Risk Advisory, and has over 25 years of valuation experience.
Mr.Baldoni has a wide range of appraisal experience in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, including all property types. At JLL, Mr.Baldoni ispart of the multi-housing valuation advisory team.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Joe Spent 25 years with Appraisal Associates, Inc. (AAI), a full-service Real Estate Appraisal and Consulting Firm. At AAI, Joe was responsible for the valuation of all property types. In addition, Joe is a qualified expert witness in various New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania Tax Courts, County Tax Boards, and Commission Hearings along with the Superior Court of New Jersey. The JLL Multi-housing Valuation Advisory team conducts assignments through out the United States across a broad spectrum of property types, including conventional apartments, HUD and affordable projects, student housing, Freddie and Fannie agency debt, and complex mixed-use developments.
