Current Responsibilities
As a member of the Suburban brokerage team, Jordan specializes in advisory and transaction services for office, R&D, industrial and laboratory tenants and landlords.
Jordan is committed to exceeding client expectations and ensures each real estate transaction aligns with client business objectives. He supports his clients by putting research, strategic planning and financial modeling at the forefront of every project.
Jordan joined JLL in 2012 and after excelling in roles in Operations and Research, transitioned to Brokerage full time in 2014 to better serve JLL’s growing client base. Jordan’s early success in this role lead to the the Commercial Broker Association’s honoring him with the Rising Star award in 2015.
Outside of JLL, Jordan enjoys spending time with his family. He resides in Milton with his wife Sarah, son Owen and dog Nico.

Jordan has run successful leasing campaigns on a diverse range of projects in the suburban market place, including:
•Griffith Properties – 1 & 3 Burlington Woods, Burlington, MA – 265,000 SF
•Jumbo Capital Management – The Xchange, Bedford, MA – 575,000 SF
•RJ Kelly Company – 10 Maguire Road, Lexington, MA – 288,000 SF
•Nordblom Company – 55 Walkers Brook Drive, Reading, MA – 194,000 SF
Education
Jordan earned a BA in International Relations from Tufts University, where he was a Balfour Scholar and two-time captain and All-American for the nationally ranked Men’s Lacrosse team.
