Current Responsibilities
Jordan Phillippi is a Senior Vice President in JLL’s Healthcare Portfolio Services Group, based in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Phillippi leads a team focused on servicing large multi-market real estate portfolios, with a specialization in healthcare. They use proprietary JLL software to analyze real estate needs, develop strategies and deliver the transactions. The result aligns initiatives with overall business plans, and services clients through execution of the strategy and beyond. His practice includes defining occupancy needs, financial analysis, opportunity assessment, location advisory, market and demographic research, portfolio management and lease negotiations.
Experience
Mr. Phillippi has over twelve years in the commercial real estate industry and has experience in all commercial property types (office, industrial, flex, land). He is currently responsible for over 13 million square feet of transaction management for multiple clients.

Bachelor of Science in Real Estate & Urban Analysis, Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University
Licensed Real Estate professional in Pennsylvania and West Virginia
