Current Responsibilities:
Jordan Aberson focuses on tenant representation and works with one of the largest advisory teams in commercial real estate, completing over 2.5 million square feet of transactions on behalf of tenants annually and representing over 40 million square feet of agency space. Jordan is dedicated to delivering insightful market insights to advise tenants on their current and future occupancy strategies.
Experience:
Prior to his role at JLL, Jordan began his career at CBRE in New York on the Advisory and Transaction Services Group’s Sales Management team. He worked on behalf of executive leadership to expand occupier and owner/landlord market share through delivering actionable market reports and tools to senior management professionals and brokerage teams.
Jordan was an integral part of initiating client relationships through developing in-depth reports into local, national and global occupancy strategies, targeted email campaigns, and the construction of tools to assist with lead generation and engagement metrics. He assisted in hundreds of transactions globally on behalf of brokerage teams representing occupiers and owners in a wide variety of industry types, and he continues to do so at JLL.
Education and affiliations:
Jordan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Finance, Investment and Banking. Prior to graduation, he interned for a management consulting firm in London and for a venture capital firm.
Jordan is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York.
