Jonathan Chambre is a Senior Director with JLL Value and Risk Advisory.
Experience
Mr. Chambre’s appraisal and consulting experience includes a wide variety of income-producing properties throughout New York City and the region, with a concentration on complex mixed-use properties. Assignments have included market rate, mixed-income, and affordable rental and for-sale apartment buildings inclusive of new construction and substantial rehabilitations, and mixed-use properties incorporating retail, office, community facility, and garage components. Mr. Chambre specializes in complex appraisal problems that require multiple valuation scenarios and has extensive experience with a wide range of affordable housing programs, super-luxury condominium developments, unique development sites, and properties with complex ground leases. Additional assignments have included a wide variety of commercial properties inclusive of shelter, school, retail, industrial, and office properties. Prior to JLL, Mr. Chambre was with Metropolitan Valuation Services (MVS) from 2016 until its merger with JLL in 2022. He previously worked in the origination of commercial debt at a Manhattan-based brokerage firm.
