Experience
Mr. Chambre’s appraisal and consulting experience includes a wide variety of income-producing properties throughout New York City and the region, with a concentration on complex mix-use properties. Assignments have included market rate, mixed-income, and affordable rental and for-sale apartment buildings inclusive of new construction and substantial rehabilitation, and mixed-use properties incorporating retail, office, community facility, and garage components. Mr. Chambre specializes in complex appraisal problems that require multiple valuation scenarios and has extensive experience with a wide range of affordable housing programs, super-luxury condominium developments, unique development sites, and properties with complex ground leases. Additional assignments have included a wide variety of commercial properties inclusive of shelter, school, retail, industrial, and office properties. Prior to MVS, he worked in the origination of commercial debt at a Manhattan-based brokerage firm.
