Jonathan is a Managing Director within the Dallas based JLL Capital Markets-Land Practice Group and focuses on representing clients engaged in land brokerage transactions and site selection services. Jonathan has over 20 years of diverse real estate experience as a developer, owners’ development representative, general contractor and broker. He utilizes his varied market segment experience in industrial, retail, healthcare, corporate office, technology, residential and hospitality to add value to each client engagement.
Experience
Prior to rejoining JLL, Jonathan was Chief Development Officer of Seniority, Inc., a class “A” senior care developer based in Dallas. In this role, he was responsible for all real estate development and transaction activities. During his tenure in this position, Jonathan led the efforts in the development of over $200 million of new development/redevelopment projects.
Over his career, he has been involved in transactions and development/redevelopment projects in Texas, Colorado, Indiana, Florida and Oklahoma totaling in excess of $1 billion. Previous real estate experience includes positions with JLL/The Staubach Company and Austin Commercial.
