Current responsibilities:
Jon Sestak serves as the national leader for JLL’s Affordable Multi-Housing Specialty Practice and resides in Kansas City. In this role, he is focused on the appraisal of multi-housing assets, specializing in the valuation and analysis of low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC), subsidized, HAP, USDA, HUD, senior, and mixed-income multifamily development. Mr. Sestak is also responsible for client management and overall platform growth within the national multi-housing valuation team with a primary focus on the affordable valuation subsector. Mr. Sestak provides excellence in client service from engagement to delivery of high-quality valuation reports that elevate our client's confidence in all aspects of valuation and consulting. Mr. Sestak has also conducted market feasibility studies and rent comparability studies for developers, investors, REITS, government, banks, and other lending institutions.
Experience:
Mr. Sestak has been actively involved in valuation and consulting since 2016. Jon is an active member of the Appraisal Institute. Prior to joining JLL in 2021, Jon was with Novogradac Consulting LLP.
