Career summary
Jon is Senior Managing Director of the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition. Jon served on the firm’s leadership committee for 17 years. He has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and is primarily responsible for arranging debt and equity placement transactions on a broad range of properties, including multi-housing, industrial, office, retail and self-storage. The capitalizations have included construction financings, permanent and bridge financings and joint-venture equity placements. Over his career, he has completed in excess of $20 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Jon started at HFF in May 2000. Before that, he served as manging director with the David Cronheim Mortgage Corporation. He received his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
