As a managing director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s tenant representation group, Mr. McNeil is responsible for sourcing and executing corporate and institutional real estate transaction services in the Southwest United States, primarily Texas.

Mr. McNeil transitioned from representing owners of real estate to representing users of real estate in January 2006. Prior to making that transition, Mr. McNeil was responsible for project leasing of over 5 million square feet of office space, including notable buildings such as Trammell Crow Center, Chase Tower, and Bryan Tower. During that time, he executed over 2.7 million square feet of office transactions totaling over $400 million in transaction value.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. McNeil received a B.B.A. from University of Texas at Austin, (Finance major) and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson. Additionally, Mr. McNeil has served on the Board of Directors for DowntownDallas, the Sports Arena TIF District, Downtown Improvement District and is currently on the board of the Nasher Sculpture Centers Avant Garde Society. Mr. McNeil is a member of the North Texas Commercial Assoc. of Realtors, National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), the Touchdown Club (benefiting The Rise School of Dallas) and Fellowship Bible Church Dallas / East West Ministries.
