Current Responsibilities:
Jon is a Vice President in the Brokerage Division of JLL Pittsburgh PA. He joined in 2022 to focus on Agency and Tenant representation throughout the Pittsburgh MSA and Western PA region. Jon works with property owners in the leasing and sale of their property, and with occupiers and developers in their real estate strategy, lease negotiations, and property acquisitions.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL, Jon was with Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis (HLWE) where he was a Director in its Transaction and Advisory business. While at HLWE he worked on a number of high-profile sales transactions including the purchase of the historic Commonwealth Building (a 140-unit class-A apartment conversion) and 526 4th Avenue (the 2nd largest piece of unimproved land in the CBD) in the City’s Downtown, and arranging the joint venture partnership for Brewers Block in Pittsburgh’s Strip District (a new Class-A 325-unit apartment development). Additionally, Jon was responsible for securing multiple of high-profile retail leases including Anthropologie’s first and only national outlet store and for bringing a number of well-known national brands to the market for the first-time including Bonobos, Warby Parker, and Homage.
Prior to HLWE Jon was part of the Manhattan office of SRS Real Estate Partners where he focused on Landlord Agency and Consulting throughout the New York Tri-State and Southern New England markets. Prior to SRS, Jon was Associate Director at Lee & Associates in New York City, and a Senior Associate with Urstadt Biddle Properties in Greenwich, CT, one of the nation’s largest specialty REITs. At Urstadt, Jon was responsible for leasing and asset management efforts of a portfolio in excess of 2M SF+ GLA.
