Jon Gorczyca serves JLL in Southern California as an Executive Vice President. Jon is based in Los Angeles and focuses on representing his diverse group of corporate occupier clients. Jon has been solely focused as a tenant representative professional since he started his career in corporate real estate in 2006.
Experience
Jon is focused on working with diverse organizations across a variety of industries including technology, media/advertising, logistics, life science, and healthcare. With over 15 years of corporate real estate experience, Jon is passionate about delivering comprehensive tenant centric services to his client base. Jon is a leader in all parts of the relationship cycle from sourcing and securing new clients to delivering on complex real estate projects for clients around Los Angeles, the United States, and the world. Jon’s strong work ethic and analytical skills help him deliver truly customized real estate solutions based on his client’s needs.
Jon has completed over 12 million square feet of real estate transactions and has recently completed meaningful projects across Southern California and the United States. Recent experience includes headquarters relocations, dispositions, property sales and purchases, and national site selection projects.
Prior to joining JLL, Jon spent 13 years with Cushman & Wakefield and their predecessor firms where he focused on managing mid-cap corporate accounts, portfolio consulting, and local tenant representation.
Education and affiliations
Jon holds a Business Management degree from Michigan State University, Eli Broad College of Business, and a Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation through CoreNet Global. Additionally, Jon is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
Jon and his wife have three children and are active members in their community and children’s school.
