Current Responsibilities:

John Dunphy is an Executive Managing Director at JLL and a 33-year veteran of the Tampa Bay industrial market. John leads the Tampa industrial team with a focus on the entire Tampa MSA. John’s career experience as a landlord rep, tenant rep and investment consultant includes over 35M square feet leased/sold totaling over $4.1B in transaction value. With this experience, John fosters the growth and advancement of JLL’s industrial team members and the team’s footprint within the Tampa MSA.

Experience:

Prior to joining JLL, John was Managing Director of Industrial Services and Partner at Colliers International Tampa Bay specializing in the sale and leasing of user and investment properties. John has been involved in over 5M square feet of ground-up construction for clients ranging from speculative developments for owners to build-to-suit requirements for owner-occupiers.

Education and Affiliations:

John earned a B.S. in Economics from The University of South Florida. He received the CCIM designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and a SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Fewer than 2,000 commercial real estate brokers hold both of these prestigious designations.
