Career Summary
John is a Senior Managing Director in the Atlanta office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, with more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He oversees the Southeast Multi-Housing Investment Advisory team. During the course of his career, John has closed more than $13 billion in transactions.
Prior to joining JLL, John was a Founding Partner of Atlanta-based Apartment Realty Advisors, which was later acquired by BGC Partners/Newmark Knight Frank. There, he was the Vice Chairman and spent a major part of his career. John is actively involved in several charitable organizations, including the Atlanta Dream Center. He is also the former President and current Board member of the Northside Athletes Foundation.
