Current Responsibilities
As a commercial real estate advisor with JLL, John Simmons is instrumental in helping businesses and individuals develop a real estate strategy that saves time, money and mitigates risk. John works exclusively in tenant representation and works hard to apply his experience to negotiate the best lease terms for his clients, providing them with the leverage they need to secure the most advantageous deal. With John's energy and motivation to succeed, he is a key player in driving business development and business retention for the firm while keeping his clients ahead of market trends. One of John's strengths lies in assisting high growth and emerging companies. He is highly active within Richmond's start-up ecosystem and experienced in helping both the one man office as well as the 100,000+ square foot office.
Some of the services that John offers include:
• Renewing existing office leases
• Lease Restructuring
• Upsizing, downsizing, or reconfiguring existing space
