John specializes in agency leasing and tenant representation in the Arizona market. In his role, John focuses on delivering strategic, innovative real estate solutions that produces superior results and creates exceptional value for clients. John has extensive local market knowledge and has developed strong relationships with retailers and the brokerage community. His on-the-ground knowledge of existing asset availabilities and familiarity with new development provides an added value to clients, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked.
John started SR Commercial Real Estate, where he served as Partner and Designated Broker specializing in landlord representation, real estate marketing and land acquisition. Prior to starting SR Commercial, he served as a Leasing Associate with Vestar Development Co. where he oversaw the leasing of space at Tempe Marketplace, Oro Valley Marketplace, and Canyon Trails Towne Center.
John earned the degree of Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah.
In John’s free time he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys the outdoors, gardening and would play more golf if he were better at it.
