John McAniff is a Managing Director with JLL’s downtown Los Angeles office where he focuses on agency leasing, tenant and landlord representation.
With over 24 years of real estate experience, John McAniff combines a background in marketing, lease negotiations and transaction expertise with an extensive knowledge of the Downtown Los Angeles and Tri-Cities real estate markets.
Prior to joining JLL, John was the Senior Leasing Director for Cushman & Wakefield in the greater Los Angeles area.
He was the single point of contact and managed the team responsible for the leasing of 3.2 million square feet of Class A high-rise office space, a 600,000 square foot mixed-use suburban park, and over 700,000 square feet of suburban office product.
Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts
Member of the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association (LACRA) since 1992. As past Co-Chairman, he continues to serve on the Board of Directors.
