Current responsibilities:
John Grogan is an Associate Director with Metropolitan Valuation Services, Inc. (now a JLL Company).
Experience:
Prior to joining MVS, he worked as a financial analyst for a number of institutional investment managers, where he conducted research and performed valuations of a variety of financial assets. Mr. Grogan’s appraisal experience includes the valuation of numerous income-producing properties, including market-rate, mixed-income and affordable multifamily rental buildings, for-sale apartment buildings, developable land, properties encumbered by ground leases, and a variety of commercial, community facility, and specialty properties throughout the metropolitan New York area. Additional assignments include market rent studies and feasibility studies. Mr. Grogan is currently pursuing general coursework to gain certification as a Real Estate General Appraiser in the State of New York.
