John Fondale is the lead of the Central Valley Industrial team based in Stockton, CA. John focuses and specializes on the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the Central Valley for local, regional, national and international clients.
Experience
John provides strategic solutions to corporations, institutional owners, developers, REITs, logistics providers, and transportation companies. John assists in speed to market, cost and risk reduction and maximizing location and labor requirements. Brokerage services include lease transactions, agency and tenant representation, site selection, investment sales, acquisition, disposition, and build-to-suit properties and portfolios. Throughout his 30-plus year career, John has completed numerous sales and lease transactions totaling in excess of 25 million square feet.
Prior to joining JLL, John was a Senior Managing Director at Newmark Cornish & Carey

John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate and Land Use from California State University, Sacramento.
He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
