John is a Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL in September 2021 and has eight years of experience in commercial real estate finance. His primary responsibility is the origination and execution of debt and equity transactions throughout the United States, with a strong focus on Multifamily Agency lending via the GSE’s. Since the beginning of his career, John has been involved in over $4 billion of transactions.
Prior to joining JLL, John was an Associate Director at Berkadia, where he spent five years focusing on debt and equity origination. John began his career at the commercial mortgage banking firm Rose Hill Group (now known as Gantry), focusing on the origination and execution of Agency, Bank, CMBS, Debt Fund and Life Insurance Company debt products. John graduated from Canisius College with a BS in Finance and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New York.
