Mr. Dingle is a Senior Vice President in JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Services group where he manages and executes the full spectrum of transaction services for strategic corporate clients. Mr. Dingle works directly with clients to provide financial analysis, market research, strategic planning support, and transaction services.
Mr. Dingle has eleven years of experience including development and implementation of real estate strategy, financial underwriting, and real estate portfolio construction. Mr. Dingle has been with JLL for five years dedicated to serving clients in the Integrated Portfolio Services group. Current clients include LaserShip, Thermo Fisher Scientific, NOVA Chemicals, Vector Security, and The Riverside Company.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Dingle worked as an associate at The Townsend Group where he provided commercial real estate and other real asset investment consulting services to institutional investors representing over $20 billion in assets under advisement.
Mr. Dingle is a graduate of The Ohio State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and played NCAA Division I Hockey for four years. Mr. Dingle grew up in Shaker Heights and currently lives in Bethel Park, PA with his wife of eleven years, 5-yr old twin boys, 2-yr old daughter, and 2 dogs.
