Current responsibilities

John leads JLL's Metro, DC industrial team. He and his five-person team have leading occupier representation and agency leasing market share throughout the entire Washington, DC metropolitan area. John also coordinates with JLL’s Industrial Capital Markets Group, coordinating debt, equity and investment sale solutions for his clients.

Occupier clients include leading firms in the ecommerce retailers, logistics and construction/infrastructure arenas. Investor clients include, Blackstone, Nuveen, Peterson Cos, DWS, Elion and Fundrise.
