John is a senior managing director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has a specific focus on debt and equity placement and structured finance. John has completed the capitalization of a broad range of property types, including office, apartments, mixed-use, hospitality, industrial, retail, for-sale condominiums, self-storage, medical office and master-planned residential land.
John works closely with many of the world’s largest property owners, developers and family offices to structure and source joint venture equity, preferred equity, mezzanine debt, construction financing, bridge financing, conventional permanent financing, multifamily agency financing and large entity-level credit facilities. Specializing in institutional-grade assets and large-scale developments across North America and the U.K., he has completed more than $10 billion (USD) in commercial real estate transactions over the course of his career.
