Current responsibilities
Mr. Warren is responsible for the support of the JLL Cleveland IPS and Industrial Team. This includes assisting with industrial and office footprint strategy, research and data analytics, transportation network analysis and project implementation.

Joe’s focus on supply chain modeling and labor analytics has proven to benefit JLL’s local and global clients by addressing logistical pain points and increasing efficiency.

Joe Warren has over 3 years experience in commercial real estate, starting with JLL as their Cleveland Senior Research Analyst where he was responsible for tracking market trends and insights while supporting the local brokerage business.

Joe is a graduate of The Ohio State University, with a Bachelors Degree in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate.
