Joe Smurdon is the Market Director for JLL's Pacific Northwest market.
Experience
Joe has over 25 years of real estate experience in global portfolios, brokerage, valuation, property tax consulting and strategic advisory related services for companies around the world.
Prior to joining JLL, Joe was an Executive Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) where he served on the global management team of the Valuation & Advisory practice.
During his 19 year career at C&W he served on several boards to help guide the strategic direction of the firm including; Industrial Brokerage Advisory Team, Research Advisory Board, Corporate Services Board, Advisory Group Senior Management Team and the Global Valuation Management team.
