Joe Long is an Associate with the Tenant Representation team, responsible for identifying business opportunities via networking, canvassing of buildings and qualification of warm leads. He also contributes local market research requests including market snapshots, market overviews, quarterly market decks, and topic-specific research to support pitches and brokerage opportunities.
Joe excels in business development keeping the team updated on leasing activity, market information, new business generating efforts, prospects, and market knowledge and trends. Supporting transaction execution, Joe leads the creation of follow-up materials for clients including lease comparisons, market overviews, and prospect or client presentations.
Prior to JLL, Joe spent six years at Salesforce selling enterprise software to companies in the Silicon Valley where he was a consistent top producer.

Joe graduated cum laude from University of San Diego receiving his bachelor’s degree in both Finance and Marketing.
