Current Responsibilities
Joe currently represents 2 million square feet retail space in Southern Virginia for landlords. He’s focused on repositioning big-box retail assets and pad development throughout the Commonwealth.
Experience
Joe has had success with the rejuvenation and repositioning of Peninsula Town Center in Hampton, VA. Prior to joining JLL, Joe worked as capital markets specialist concentrating on the acquisition and disposition of retail assets throughout Virginia with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer and handled Investment Sales with a Prominent International Investment Brokerage Firm. Mr. Kennedy has a strong underwriting and development background in retail, hospitality, office, education, and medical office assets.
