Current Responsibilities
Mr. Joe Fabiano joined JLL’s Boston office in March of 2014. As a Managing Director and Team Lead of the Industrial Practice Group, Mr. Fabiano focuses his efforts on representing both tenants and landlords throughout
Massachusetts, New Hampshire & Rhode Island.
Experience
Before Co-leading the Industrial Practice Team, Mr. Fabiano was a member of the South Leasing Team, where he leveraged his knowledge of the local market dynamics and trends to assist clients in advancing their corporate objectives through strategic real estate counsel. Mr. Fabiano’s experience includes involvement in a wide range of transactions on behalf of wellknown corporations and landlords.
