Joe Bevan is a Senior Managing Director in JLL’s Orange County office. Mr. Bevan specializes in complex transaction management, overseeing multi-market client portfolios and real estate strategy implementation. Day-to-day activities include strategic real estate planning, transaction implementation and account operations development, as well as the financial, analytical, and operational impacts on his clients’ real estate portfolios.
During his twenty-two year professional career, Mr. Bevan has held positions as Senior Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle and Vice President at The Staubach Company, Orange County, where he has been honored with Top Gun, Gold Achiever, Top Achiever and Rookie of the Year Awards. Mr. Bevan began his professional career as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps. During eight years of active duty service, Captain Bevan proudly served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Determined Response.

Mr. Bevan holds an M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
