Description
Joe Ayers co-leads the Jacksonville Multifamily Investment team alongside Cliff Taylor. Joe specializes in creating and executing disposition strategies for institutional and private clients in Northeast Florida and Florida’s Panhandle.
Prior to joining JLL, Joe and Cliff were responsible for building a best-in-class multifamily investment sales practice at CBRE, where they led the team since 2017.
With nearly 20 years of experience across multiple property types, Joe assists his clients throughout an investment’s lifecycle – from initial underwriting, capitalization and acquisition of an asset to its repositioning and eventual disposition. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and holds a Florida real estate license. Joe is a perennial North Florida Top Producer and an annual recipient of CoStar's "Power Broker" award. A Jacksonville Native, Joe's experience within Florida's North and Northwest markets has proven valuable to clients in both the capitalization and disposition of Florida assets.
