Based in Denver, Jodi is a Senior Vice President with JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group specializing in property tax services. She is primarily responsible for the management of hospitality appeal assignments in the U.S. and provides technical guidance as it pertains to hotel valuation methodologies. Jodi performs property tax liability projections and offers solutions to complex tax liability analyses. Additionally, she provides client guidance in the management of the appeal process commencing with the Assessor level thru litigation, if warranted.
