Jimmy Ryerson is an Industrial and Self-Storage valuation specialist within JLL Value and Risk Advisory and is based in Seattle.
Clients served include local and national investment firms, owners, development and operating companies, commercial and investment banks, insurance companies and REITs.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Ryerson gained experience with several appraisal firms, which includes O'Connor Consulting Group (2014-2017), lntegra Realty Resources (2017-2021), and Colliers International (2021-2022).

- Central Washington, B.S., Major: Information Technology with a minor in Business Administration.
