Jimmy began his commercial real estate career in 2014 specializing in office agency leasing and tenant representation throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan area. A 4th generation Arizonan, Jimmy prides himself on his in-depth knowledge of the market and relationships with key decisionmakers throughout the valley. His attention to detail and ability to navigate complex lease negotiations help differentiate him and provide his clients best in class service. Jimmy is actively involved in all aspects of the business including marketing, lease negotiations, research, reporting and understanding market trends to help navigate his clients to successful outcomes. Prior to joining JLL, Jimmy spent 6 years at CBRE.
Education and affiliations
Jimmy received his Bachelor’s degree in Regional Development from The University of Arizona with a minor in Sports Management. He is actively involved in NAIOP and Sigma Alpha Epsilon organizations.
