Current Responsibilities
Jimmy Armistead is a Senior Account Manager in JLL’s Nashville, TN office. He currently is the day-to-day lead on two national accounts: Gresham Smith and Rollins Pest Control. Jimmy’s current role teams him with an account management team in the Atlanta office, and he also helps the Nashville Tenant rep team with their inbound deals.
Experience and Accomplishments
Jimmy joined JLL in 2013 as Account Manager on the State of Tennessee account. Embedded in the State's offices, he helped developed a procurement strategy for the State’s portfolio of leases, redeveloped the State's leasing forms and processes, and oversaw execution of the lease procurement process. In 2015, he added brokerage into his State of TN role, and also joined the Industrial brokerage team in JLL’s Nashville office.
Education and Affiliations
Jimmy is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and holds an MBA from Belmont University. He's a married father of four who enjoys supporting his kids in their extracurricular activities year-round and watching all manner of sports.
