Jimmy Appich is an Executive Managing Director with JLL in Richmond, Virginia. His primary responsibility is advocating and providing comprehensive commercial real estate services on behalf of his clients.
Jimmy has extensive experience in providing agency leasing, tenant representation, industrial leasing and investment sales services to corporations, institutions, and associations both locally and nationally.
He is intimately familiar and skilled at advising clients and acting on their behalf for the relocation, renegotiation and disposition of property.
Specialized skills include aggressive and strategic property marketing, value appreciation for distressed properties and transaction management of asset portfolios for national space occupiers.
Additionally, he has significant experience negotiating commercial real estate transactions within the technology sector.

Prior to joining JLL in 2009, Jimmy first gained thorough knowledge of asset and property management for commercial properties with GVA Advantis.
Soon thereafter, he used the knowledge he gained, while working solely on the landlord’s behalf, to create strategies and cultivate relationships within the industry to satisfy the comprehensive commercial real estate interests of clients.
