Current responsibilities
Mr. Medenbach is a Managing Director of Brokerage Services at Jones Lang LaSalle’s New Jersey office. At JLL, Mr. Medenbach provides expertise representing clients’ interests in both the acquisition and disposition of corporate real estate and assisting Landlords in the marketing of office & laboratory space.
Experience
Mr. Medenbach’s 32 years of experience has resulted in more than 300 transactions with an aggregate leasing and sales value in excess of $2.0 billion. Mr. Medenbach has completed projects on behalf of many well-known clients in addition to many middle-market companies and professional services organizations. Mr. Medenbach represents Bristol Myers Squibb in marketing Pinceton West, a 1.1 M SF R&D Campus. Mr. Medenbach also currently spearheads marketing and leasing of the 300,000 s.f. Technology Centre of New Jersey in North Brunswick which is a R&D campus designed for life science companies.
Mr. Medenbach began his career at JLL in July of 2008 due to the merger of The Staubach Company.
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Medenbach was a Senior Vice President of The Staubach Company’s New Jersey office. At Staubach, Mr. Medenbach was recognized as one of the Firm’s Top Achievers. Mr. Medenbach began his real estate career in 1986 with Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Mr. Medenbach was employed with Xerox Corporation as a marketing representative from 1983 to 1986.
Education and affiliations
Mr. Medenbach is a graduate of Rider University and the Real Estate Diploma Program at New York University. In addition, Mr. Medenbach has completed construction courses at New York University.
