Current Responsibilities:

Jim is a senior member of JLL’s brokerage team in New York, based in the Long Island office. He represents a wide range of owners, investors, developers and tenants throughout the region and nationally. During his tenure at JLL, Jim has completed over 150 sale and lease transactions totaling over $1 billon.

Experience:

Prior to joining JLL, Jim was Vice President of Acquisitions at Patriot Equities, where he was responsible for overseeing the origination, underwriting and acquisition of real estate from corporations and financial institutions. While at Patriot, he developed client relationships with Fortune 500 companies and spearheaded one of the firm’s largest acquisitions in 2007, a partial sale-leaseback of a 1.5 million square foot industrial campus from Johnson Controls.

Before joining Patriot, Jim was responsible for agency leasing and acquisitions with Preferred Real Estate Investments, a commercial & industrial real estate development firm. While at Preferred, he oversaw development projects and identified new acquisitions. In addition, he leased over 3 million square feet of office & industrial space and closed over $25 million of third-party transactions.

Education and Affiliations:

Jim is an alumnus of West Chester University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He is a member of the Tri-State Commercial Realtors Alliance and Long Island’s Commercial Industrial Broker Society. Jim is licensed in the states of New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
