With over 30 years of real estate experience, Jim has extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles North market representing both landlords and tenants throughout his career. Having spent his entire career focused within the Los Angeles North market, Jim has structured many of the most notable leasing transactions in the area and is well known as the market expert from Glendale to Westlake Village. From representing the media studios in Burbank to insurance companies in Warner Center, Jim has developed long standing relationships throughout the market and is able to provide his clients a level of unparalleled expertise.
