Description
Jim is a Director in the Atlanta office of JLL Capital Markets, America. He specializes in core, core-plus, value-add, and forward commitment industrial dispositions, acquisitions, capitalizations, and JV equity capital raises across the Southeast. Since 2021, Jim and the southeast regional JLL team have traded over 80 million square feet of industrial space for an aggregate transactional value in excess of $8.2 billion. Jim and team are part of JLL’s National Industrial Capital Markets Team – a fully integrated national practice which executed over $15.5 billion of industrial disposition and equity placement transactions in 2022.
Prior to joining JLL, Jim worked for five years in the supply chain and logistics industry for Georgia-Pacific in Atlanta and Page International, Inc in Savannah, Georgia. He specialized in domestic and international logistics and fulfillment. After leaving Georgia-Pacific, he attended Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, where he gained his Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate, Finance, and Strategy. His expertise includes bulk, mid-sized, and shallow bay distribution assets as well as multi-phased development projects.
