Current Responsibilities
As Managing Director with JLL, Jim exclusively represents Landlords throughout the Seattle area. Jim combines 17 years of experience with a tremendous commitment to serving his clients and a results-oriented approach.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Jim was a Principal at Urbis Partners (which was acquired by JLL in 2017), a Senior Vice President with Kinzer Partners and a Transaction Manager with Trammell Crow. Jim started his career working in technology for five years in San Francisco.
